The caterpillars of this species are thought to feed on dead leaves of:

  • Eucalyptus species.

    The adult moth has yellow forewings that each have a brown margin and a brown V shaped line.

    The species has been found in:

  • New South Wales,
  • Tasmania, and
  • Victoria.
