The colour of this Caterpillar is brown with a pink and orange shaded patches. It feeds on the leaves of :

  • Gum Trees ( Eucalyptus, MYRTACEAE ).

    The adult moth is light brown with wavy transverse dark brown lines extending across both wings.

    The eggs are yellow, oval, and minutely pitted all over.

    The species has been found in

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • South Australia,
  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
